Beginner RG Class

Manhattan Rhythmics Beginner RG Classes are designed in age groups of;

  • 4-5 years old (1 day per week)
  • 6-Up (1 day per week for each)
    • In person

Teen R.G

Teen R.G is for preteens & teens ages 10 & up looking to learn & improve body skills, acrobatics, & apparatus technique. Dancers & beginners welcome.

Adult R.G

Adult R.G is for late teens & adults looking to learn & improve body skills, acrobatics, & apparatus technique. Dancers & beginners welcome.

XCEL

Training is designed for gymnasts to compete in XCEL & USAG events. Dance and/or R.G experience required. 

USAG Team

Manhattan Rhythmics Competitive Team trains a minimum of 3-4 days a week to prepare for local, national & international competitions. Levels include 4-10.

Private (one-on-one) Lessons

Private lessons are offered for gymnasts, dancers & adults looking to increase flexibility & acquire R.G skills. Contact Us for more info.

Trial Classes

Manhattan Rhythmics offers Trial Classes at $50. To schedule a trial, visit the parent portal and select the trial option for the class desired.
