The Spring Season RG Rec classes catering to girls aged 4-5 years old and 6 years old and up (60 min). We incorporate a warm-up session that focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, coordination, and learning body skills. This is accompanied by the use of various apparatuses such as ropes, balls, hoops, clubs, and ribbons, all incorporated into music and choreography. Our Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics classes are thoughtfully designed to cater to different age groups, ensuring an age-appropriate and enriching experience for each child.
