Full Body Stretch & Strength Class
This Full Body Stretch & Strength class focuses on loosening up tension in all areas of the body including back, spine, arms, legs, to increase the alignment and posture. Whether you are beginners level looking to increase your flexibility, or you are flexible and looking to increase to a contortionist level, this class is designed for you. Instructors will adhere the class lessons and postures to the “right temperature” for each individual creating variations for all poses.
** Yoga matts not needed. Yoga towels recommended.
